Background
Since first launching the "Oh Yes We Did!" campaign six years ago, Domino's has been on a mission to revolutionize the pizza business. Together with CP+B, the brand has worked to improve every step of the ordering process with the launch of the AnyWare suite of technology – including Voice, Smart Watch, TV, and Tweet and Text ordering with an Emoji. For many years, 1-click ordering has been the quickest way for anyone to order online. Domino's knew they could do better.
Idea
Domino's launched the easiest way for customers to order yet; the Zero Click Ordering app. The platform allows users to place their Easy Order saved to their Pizza Profile by simply opening the app. That's it. Zero Click Ordering is as easy as it sounds. Download the app for iOS or Android and link it to the Domino's Pizza Profile. Then any time the app is opened, the Easy Order is automatically re-ordered without a single tap, swipe, or click. Once open, a 10-second countdown timer allows users to pause the order should they not want it to be placed.
